Spunta potatoe

Very big and large tuber, with yellow, soft peel and white meat.
Its foliage is made by small leaves, quite good and drought resistant.
Its maturation is from semi-early to semi-late.
It has good performance.
Regarding its cooking qualities, it is quite firm when baking or cooking.

Kennebec Potatoe

Big and oval shaped tuber; with yellow peel and white meat.
Its foliage is made by big leaves that coverts the land nicely making it highly resistant to the drought.
Its maturation is semi-early.
It has an excellent performance.
Regarding its cooking qualities, is quite firm when baking and, as it’s really dry, it is appropriate for French fries, chips and creamed potatoes.

Excellence all year long

In the highest area of the Valle de Tupungato, the company Maria Lorine Bombal produces its own seeds with the highest technology. The most cultivated potatoes varieties are: spunta, kennebec, bright, primicia and diamante, standing out the first two (spunta and kenebeck). The sowing begins in October and ends in December, making possible to export and commercialize them according to the clients needs (normally 25 0r 50 kg bags) since January until August. In the zone of Villa Dolores, province of Córdoba, the potatoes production takes place from August till ends of December supplying the clients during the whole year.
